CCTV footage of a horrific attack on the grounds of the Holy Family Primary School in Ennis was shown in Court yesterday.
A stunned Ennis Circuit Court yesterday viewed the video of 23-year-old Charlene Sherlock repeatedly stabbing another woman as she lay on the ground during the incident which took place on April 13th last.
Before yesterday’s court hearing, Ms. Sherlock with an address at Dromard, Lahinch Road, Ennis, had pleaded guilty to intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm to 22-year-old Nicole Keane and a second charge of production of a steak knife capable of inflicting serious injury.
Ms Keane is recovering from her injuries which included slash wounds to her neck, face and torso. She was not in court yesterday.
