Ryanair today launched its Shannon 2014 winter schedule, with 5 new winter routes to Berlin, Fuerteventura, Krakow, Paris & Warsaw (10 in total) from November, as well as extra flights to/from London Stansted.
The 5 routes are amongst 21 new Ryanair routes at Irish airports, which the airline says are in direct response to the Government’s welcome decision to scrap the travel tax from April last, which will deliver over 1m new customers.
Ryanair’s growth at Shannon from November 2014 will deliver:
– 5 new winter routes to Berlin (4 weekly), Fuerteventura (2 weekly), Krakow (4 weekly), Paris (6 weekly) & Warsaw (4 weekly)
– Increased flights to/from London Stansted (28 weekly)
– More than 300,000 extra seats at Shannon – more than 1m extra customers to Ireland’s airports
– Up to 300 new on site jobs
The airline will also fly to Liverpool, Gatwick, Wroclaw and Lanzarote.
