– Increased flights to/from London Stansted (28 weekly)
– More than 300,000 extra seats at Shannon – more than 1m extra customers to Ireland’s airports
– Up to 300 new on site jobs

The airline will also fly to Liverpool, Gatwick, Wroclaw and Lanzarote.

In Shannon today, Ryanair’s David O’Brien said: “Ryanair is pleased to launch our Shannon 2014 winter schedule, with 10 routes, including 5 new routes to Berlin, Fuerteventura, Krakow, Paris & Warsaw, as well as extra flights to/from London Stansted, all of which are on sale on the Ryanair.com website.”

“The scrapping of the air travel tax from April last has restored Ireland’s competitiveness and attractiveness to overseas visitors.  We are delighted to be able to grow our Shannon operation by more than 50% this winter season, and deliver over 1m more customers to Irish airports in 2014-15.”
