Aer Lingus has announced a 20% increase in capacity on its Shannon to Boston route.

The expansion will be in effect for twelve weeks in the peak summer period, June through August 2015.

Aer Lingus today announced details of its preliminary Summer 2015 schedule including the introduction of its ninth direct transatlantic service, with a new four times weekly summer service from Dublin to Washington-Dulles from 1 May 2015.

In a further boost to its growing long haul business, the airline is adding a third daily flight from Dublin to New York from June through August, departing at the early time of 7:50 and returning from New York at 12 noon daily. The airline announced that is also  increasing frequency on the Dublin to Orlando route from three to four flights per week, from 1 May 2015.
