The event is open to business owners, proprietors and senior decision makers only.
Alan Price, managing director of Peninsula Ireland, said “Employment law is a complicated topic which can often lead to confusion and uncertainty for employers and managers. It is important that they gain a solid understanding of the latest legislation in order to ensure their business meets the relevant legal requirements and they avoid unnecessary and costly potential tribunal claims.”
“The time and effort needed to ensure that your business complies and follows the most recent rules and regulations can be huge. The seminar will detail ways in which to proceed as a business to avoid prosecution and to guarantee your firm is legally compliant. Our event will show you how to easily comply with employment legislation whilst allowing you to do what you do best – run your business.”
Mr Price concludes, “We understand that with watertight policies in place, companies can then prioritise running their company and apply all their effort to making it a success. The seminar will provide useful information on the relevant policies to implement and how to do so in order to get them properly established.”
