Clare announce starting 15 for NHL clash with Offaly

The Clare Senior Hurling starting 15 to face Offaly in Sunday’s opening match in the Allianz National Hurling League Division 1B has been named.

Clare are without the services of Tony Kelly (ankle ligament), Patrick Donnellan (knee cruciate), Seadhna Morey and Podge Collins who are all overcoming injuries. However, Clare boss Davy Fitzgerald has named a strong side to take on the faithful County.

The extended match-day panel will be named following training this evening.

The last meeting of the two sides took place in the Qualifiers stage of the 2015 All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship with Clare coming out comfortable 3-26 to 0-15 winners at Cusack Park.

Clare versus Offaly throws in at Cusack Park, Ennis, on Sunday at 2pm.
