The Clare Senior Hurling management team face a selection headache going into this weekend’s National Hurling League Final with Waterford.

Conor Ryan (calf) and David McInerney (back) have been ruled out through injury while John Conlon (ankle) and Paul Flanagan (concussion) are listed as doubtful for the decider.

Peter Duggan (back), Tony Kelly (ankle), Shane Golden (back), Seadhna Morey (hip), Jack Browne (ankle) and Ben O’Gorman (concussion) have all returned from lengthy injury lay-offs however, and will be available for selection. A call will be made on the fitness of Shane O’Donnell (foot) before the team is named on Saturday.

The Waterford management team meanwhile, is expected to be able to choose from a fully fit panel.

Throw-in at Semple Stadium on Sunday is at 3.30pm.
