Colm Collins has kept faith with the same fifteen that lost out to Kerry in the Munster Senior Football Championship less than a month ago for Sunday’s do or die meeting with Laois.

There were concerns over the fitness of Éire Óg’s Dean Ryan but he has been cleared to start at corner-back alongside Kevin Hartnett and Martin McMahon. Experienced netminder Joe Hayes will wear the number one shirt.

Gary Brennan captains the side from midfield alongside Coolmeen’s Cathal O’Connor. Gordon Kelly is named at centre-back and he is flanked by Cian O’Dea and Sean Collins.

After making an impression from the bench in Killarney on June 12th, Cooraclare’s Pearse Lillis was tipped to get a starting jersey but the teenager has not made the starting fifteen. Clare’s front six is made up of Keelan Sexton, Padraic Collins, Eoin Cleary, Jamie Malone, David Tubridy and Shane McGrath.

More to follow.
