It has been hailed as the biggest event to ever take place in Co Clare, the months of preparation have finished and now the stage is set for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2016.

For the next nine days The Clare Herald will be at the heart of the traditional music festival. We’ll be amongst the 400,000 in Ennis as Pat Flynn, John Meyler and Gary Collins take to the streets to capture the action. Páraic McMahon will be out and about soaking up the atmosphere and talking to some of the key people involved in the Fleadh.

We will have fresh stories every day from the Fleadh so you won’t miss a minute of the action. On top of that our photographers will have plenty of images for you to enjoy.
