During her talk in Ennis, Aisling spoke about the about how to develop self belief and uncovered the greatest fears when it comes to sharing ideas with others.

Through the questions and answers, discussion was raised about factors that keeps businesses from sharing their best ideas publicly and strategies on how to overcome them. During her talk, Aisling encouraged women in business to learn more about the online and offline identity and learn how to live the brand. The aim of the event was to develop a point of view and encourage to stop looking to other people for answers.
