Music lovers in Clare are in for a rare treat on October 30th when some of Ireland’s finest harpists will be joined by renowned guitarist Steve Cooney for a special concert in St. Columba’s Church in Ennis.
The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (‘the Commission’) has announced that a Clare project is amongst those that have been awarded funding under its Human Rights and Equality Grants Scheme 2021.
To mark the publication of his memoir Shared Notes, renowned Clare fiddle player Martin Hayes will be the guest of honour at a special event in glór, Ennis this Thursday.
