Three people were injured in a road traffic collision in Co Clare this afternoon while the occupants of four cars had a lucky escape following separate incidents on the M18.
Over 1,100 people in Clare have been removed from the Environmental Protection Agency’s Remedial Action List (RAL) following remedial works carried out by Irish Water to supplies in Mountshannon and Feakle.
Eight Syrian families comprising 37 people (16 adults, 21 children) due to be relocated to Ennistymon under the UNHCR-led Refugee Resettlement Programme arrived in the town on Tuesday (yesterday).
