Clare County Council has beaten off competition from across the island of Ireland to be named winner of the Charles Thomson Award, an annual award scheme which recognises the work of Local Authorities in promoting water safety.
Clare County Council has opened Books of Condolence for the late Anthony Foley (1973-2016) at Áras Contae an Chláir in Ennis and at the Killaloe Electoral Area Office in Scarriff.
