Limerick have named a strong team as they bid to bounce back from a twenty one point defeat to Cork when they face Clare in Sixmilebridge tomorrow evening.

John Kiely has made fourteen switches from the fifteen that were so comprehensively beaten by the Rebel County. Barry Nash who scored a goal is the sole survivor from Sunday’s team.

All-Star nominee Diarmaid Byrnes captains the side from wing-back as a host of familiar names have been included as Kiely’s men aim to bounce back. Declan Hannon will wear the number six jersey as will his former Mary Immaculate College teammate Colm Galvin for Clare.

Throw-in for Wednesday’s game is 7:30pm at O’Garney Park, Sixmilebridge. It will be the second outing for both counties in the Munster Senior Hurling League.
