A brilliant free kick from Damien Ryan deep into injury time earned Corofin Harps a share of the points against Bridge Utd at Corofin on Sunday morning.

In an impressive display Bridge Utd laid down a marker with a 4-0 demolition of old foes Avenue Utd.

If you went a whole season unbeaten you would imagine you’d be lifting the Premier division trophy but this wasn’t the case for an unlucky Bridge United last season. Known for their glowing organisation, Bridge won’t want to finish up this season just short again.

There was no change at the top table as Bridge United AFC held their AGM this week.
