Clean-up at O’Brien’s Bridge

O’Brien’s Bridge are preparing their entry for the 2016 Tidy Towns competition.

A community group in the area held a village clean-up with twenty people including men, women and children taking part.

The group is hoping to dedicate one evening per week to cleaning up the area. Mags O’Connor, Chairperson of the O’Brien’s Bridge Community Group told The Clare Herald “It is great to see such a community spirit in action and a real passion to further enhance the beauty of our village”.
