The Clare Branch of Birdwatch Ireland will host a presentation by renowned wildlife and bird artist Killian Mullarney at the Templegate Hotel on Friday January 12th at 8pm.
The Tulla Weekend of the Welcomes will take place on Thursday 24 August - Sunday 27 August 2017 with a variety of events in the parish and surrounding areas.
On Friday, August 4th, Aillwee Cave and Birds of Prey Centre will celebrate International Owl Awareness Day with a host of Owl-based activities and interactive displays.
Hundreds of hours of video footage captured over two years using not one but two drones, have all been edited down into 5 minutes 24 seconds of spectacular video of Lough Derg, or as it’s better known; The Jewel of the Shannon.
