Clare County Council has signed contracts for the provision of a new social housing scheme in Ennis.

The 8-unit scheme in Roslevan is funded by the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government and is scheduled for completion in 2019.

Clare County Council said the houses will be designed to a high standard, addressing house, landscape and amenity design in a style complimentary to the units already completed on the site and to ensure best fit and integration under sustainable community guidelines.

The project design team, managed by Clare County Council, comprises Hassett Leyden & Associates (Architects/PSDP), P Coleman & Associates (Civil Structural Engineers), Matt O’Mahony & Associates Ltd. (M&E Engineers) and Tom McNamara & Ptnrs (Quantity Surveyors).
