Slow Food Clare has confirmed the eclectic programme for the 2022 Burren Slow Food Festival that takes place later this month from Friday 20 May – Sunday 22 May.
Clare County Council is due to progress with a public realm enhancement project in Ennis while Irish Water is set to commence vital infrastructure upgrades ahead of these improvements.
Bord Bia officially launched its new Spirit of Ireland drinks campaign in the US today as part of the Irish government’s trade mission to North America and Mexico. It is the single largest investment Bord Bia has made to date in the promotion of Irish spirits.
The Burren Slow Food 2022 festival will take place from Friday to Sunday, May 20th to 22nd, and will be dedicated to raising awareness about and promoting the concept of “GEOfood.”
Fifty-eight businesses from across North Clare have been awarded Certificates of Achievement for honouring their commitments under the Burren and Cliffs of Moher UNESCO Global Geopark Code of Practice for Sustainable Tourism for 2020/2021.
