Music Network’s Autumn 2017 season gets off to a high-spirited start with three of Ireland’s finest traditional singers and instrumentalists: Cathy Jordan, Jarlath Henderson and Mick Daly.

Clare FM has been nominated in a record six categories in this years IMRO Radio Awards 2017.

Huge crowds turned out for the opening weekend of this year’s Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival – which was launched by top country music stars Mike Denver and Nathan Carter.

RCB Radio will present music event showcasing some of Clare’s brightest talented young musicians and artists.

The Clare County Council Arts Office is inviting expressions of interest from musicians with vision impairment to participate in an exciting research project funded by The Arts Council’s “Invitation to Collaboration” scheme.

The Arts Council has awarded €11,100 to Clare County Council under the Invitation to Collaboration Scheme, to devise a unique music project with the Irish Memory Orchestra and 3L; an online music education resource which aims to empower and support visually impaired musicians.

This Wednesday 12th July will see over a hundred musicians of different styles from Clare and Limerick perform three gigs in three iconic settings in just over three hours.

The Irish Memory Orchestra will hold auditions for its choir at glór, Ennis, on July 15th.
