The search for a man missing from Limerick is continuing with the Shannon-based Irish Coast Guard helicopter and the volunteer Bunratty Search and Rescue unit providing assistance.

A holiday jet made an unscheduled landing at Shannon Airport this evening after the crew reported they needed to seek medical attention for a passenger.
