Met Éireann has issued a low level rain warning for Clare and several other counties.
Forecasters are warning that ‘heavy spells of blustery rain’ will affect Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Galway.
The possible impacts of the heavy rain include difficult travelling conditions; poor visibility and localised flooding.

The warning will take effect at 6.00pm today (Tuesday) and remain in place until 3.00am on Wednesday.
Met Éireann has also isused a Status Yellow – Gale warning for all coasts of Ireland and on the Irish Sea
Southeasterly winds, veering southwesterly, will reach gale force 8 at times.
The warning will be valid from 8.00pm this evening (Tuesday) until 10.00am on Wednesday.
