Milford Care Centre has officially launched its Strategic Plan 2025–2030 marking a major milestone in advancing Specialist Palliative Care and Older Adult Services across the Mid-West region.
The development of this strategy reflects over a year of collaboration, consultation, and shared vision across the organisation with input from a wide range of stakeholders through townhall meetings, workshops and surveys.
Under the theme “Leading with Compassion, Excellence, and Innovation,” the strategy sets a clear direction for the years ahead, honouring Milford’s legacy while embracing new opportunities to enhance and improve care.
The Strategy is built around seven strategic themes: Service Excellence & Innovation, People & Culture, Organisational Governance, Education & Research, Engagement & Partnerships, Infrastructure & Sustainability, Digital Transformation.
These pillars are designed to strengthen service delivery and empower the teams who make it possible.
The launch, held at Milford Care Centre, brought together staff and stakeholders in a shared commitment to the Centre’s future and its continued impact in the region.
