Davy Fitzgerald’s Clare Senior Hurlers will play Galway in the All-Ireland Hurling Championship quarter-final.
Tipperary’s win over Waterford in the Munster Final means Galway are Clare’s next opponents while Wexford will meet Waterford at the other side of the draw.

Galway lost out to Kilkenny 1-26 0-22 in the Leinster Final. The sides last met in the championship in 2013 in the All-Ireland quarter final as Colin Ryan inspired Clare to a 1-23 to 2-14 victory.
Prior to that the sides met in 2011 where the Tribesman hammered the Banner County 4-25 0-20 in what was Ger O’Loughlin’s last game as Clare manager.
This fixture will take place on July 24th at an expected double-header in Semple Stadium, Thurles.
