A wonderful week is guaranteed for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann according to Micheál Ó Riabhaigh.
Ó Riabhaigh is the Chairman of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann Inis 2016 and he is excited to be putting the finishing touches to preparations in the County for the biggest traditional music festival in the world.
“We’re on the run-in to Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann in Ennis and we’ve been working feverishly the last couple of months with the preparations to welcome up to 400,000 visitors to Co Clare many of them coming from abroad”.
It is a chance for the best of the County to be showcased with anticipation building all over Clare. Micheál has a message for everyone attending the Fleadh.
“My message to everybody is come, bring everyone you can because the craic and the ceol and the welcome that you’ll get in County Clare will be next to none and for anybody with any interest in traditional music it’s all here and if you want to travel around and see the beauties of the County by all means do but we can guarantee you a wonderful week”.
