Motorists are beingĀ advised to drive with caution during Friday morning and afternoon due to a risk of localised spot flooding.
Met Ćireann also has issued a Status Yellow – Wind warning for Clare. Southeasterly winds will reach mean speeds of 50 to 65km/h with gusts of 90 to 110km/hr. Gusts will exceed these values in exposed coastal areas and on higher ground.
Clare County Council has advised motorists to driver with care and to be aware of a risk of spot flooding in areas.
