Clare man John conroy is currently on a volunteering trip to Jinja, Uganda where he is providing therapy to  children with special needs in various clinics in Jinja and  plans to remain until the end of August.

Aiden nears end of Shannon swim

A 43-year-old father-of-two from County Roscommon is nearing the completion of an epic swim the length of the mighty River Shannon, the longest river in Ireland and British Isles.
