One of the UK’s top comedians made a surprise visit to the Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival at the weekend.

There's no shortage of Easter entertainment across the nationally renowned Shannon Heritage attractions of King John’s Castle, Bunratty Castle and Folk Park and Craggaunowen as they are transformed into magical family playgrounds at the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend.

The 70th Clare Drama Festival runs from Thursday 23rd March to Saturday 1st April in Scariff Community College Hall.
