Minister opens Fire Service maintenance workshop

A new Clare County Fire and Rescue Service maintenance workshop in Ennis, Co. Clare, was officially opened today by Darragh O’Brien TD, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.

Update: Swimming ban at White Strand lifted

Clare County Council, on the advice of the HSE, has placed a prohibition on swimming in White Strand Miltown Malbay due to increased bacterial levels in the bathing water as a result of recent rainfall.
