Clare’s footballers enjoyed success in Cusack Park this afternoon beating Cork on a scoreline of Clare 2-11 Cork 0-09.
Still hurting from a poor performance against Galway, Clare were determined not to let Cork get the better of them and won comfortably in the end.

The hurlers meanwhile suffered defeat however in Thurles where Tipperary won out 0-28 to the Banner’s 0-21.
