Burren Animal Rescue is seeking the public’s help to ensure they can feed rescued animals over the winter.
The charity, based in the Burren, is holding its annual Winter Hay Appeal Draw.

To put the aim of the draw into perspective – every 16 tickets sold buys us one round bale of hay @ €31.58 each. 2000 tickets will raise enough for 126 bales which will feed the horses and donkeys for 14 weeks.
Last year the group succeeded in selling 1,675 tickets and are hoping to exceed that number this year with more mouths to feed now than before.
The draw will take place on December 12th.
