Clare County Council is inviting members of the public to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Survey as part of its ongoing review of the services it provides.
The survey may be completed online and is available to complete in hardcopy at Clare County Council’s offices in Ennis, Scarriff, Kilrush, Shannon and Ennistymon, as well as at all libraries, Active Ennis, glór, Clare County Museum and Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience. The survey will close at 4.00pm on April 7th.
Survey participants will be entered into a draw for a €500 Ennis Gold Gift Card (1st prize) and a 6-month gym & pool family membership for Active Ennis Leisure Centre (2nd prize). Participants must be over 18 years old.
Mayor of Clare Councillor Michael Begley said, “The primary purpose of the survey is to enable all stakeholders to have the opportunity to comment on the standard of services provided by the Council”.
“The survey results will contribute to future decision making around the delivery of services and to ensure the Council is meeting the needs of all its customers,” he added.
