Gardaí in Ennistymon are investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle that was observed on the Mount Callan road between the main Inagh Road and the Inagh/Milltown Malbay Road last week.
This vehicle was observed on the 2nd September at approximately 1am. It is believed that this vehicle could have been in this area over an hour before this.
The vehicle is described as a Skoda Octavia or a Skoda Superb. It had no front or rear registration plate. Two males were observed near the vehicle.
Crime Prevention Officer for Clare, Sergeant Catriona Holohan has appealed to anyone that was on this road or the adjoining roads on Monday 2nd September at 1am to please contact Ennistymon Garda Station if you believe you saw this vehicle.
Gardaí are looking to speak to any of the following –
Anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious, individuals, or Skoda vehicle on the Mount Callon Road
Anyone who may have travelled the road between the main Inagh road and Inagh/ Milltown Malbay Road and who may have dash Cam footage,
Anyone that has home CCTV that covers this road or adjoining roads.
