Ennis native Andrea Casey uses alternative ingredients such as sweet potato, chickpeas and nut flours ensure that all bakes are nutritious and delicious. And for those who take their fitness seriously, there’s also a range of tasty protein bars and balls or protein enriched gluten free bread. Dairy-free, egg-free and nut-free options are also available.

According to Andrea, this is a really exciting time for the business: “What started out as a hobby has turned into a busy, full-time labour of love. I’m really passionate about each and every one of my products and the weekend markets are a really great opportunity to get to know my customers and to get invaluable feedback.

I am constantly looking at how I can improve and grow my range and right now I’m working on how I might supply a number of cafes with my products.  It’s certainly an exciting time for the business and to be in the health food market”.
