A Liscannor-based psychotherapist is organising a free public Well-Being talk to celebrate Mental Health Week.
Entitled ‘Well-Being on the Wild Atlantic Way’, the event will be held at Seaworld Lahinch on Tuesday the 8th of October at 7.30pm.
Joanne Hanrahan explained: “I have invited three other Clare based Psychotherapists to speak with me at the event. Each of us will present particular psychological well-being tips and strategies for 15 minutes. The topics will be general and should be of interest to all.”
Attendees will hear short presentations by local psychotherapists:
