On Saturday the 13th of April, IT Sligo is offering the public an opportunity to become a student for a day and experience academic life on campus.

The institute has seen an increase of students in the past year and now has over 7,000 studying there, making it one of the largest Institutes outside of Dublin and the largest online community in Ireland. Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager, Rosie Gilleece has said this is a great opportunity for anyone considering going to third level and especially useful for CAO applicants:

“This is a great opportunity for students to experience life on campus, to get a taste of lectures, libraries and student life.  We offer all levels of Degrees, Masters and PhD’s in almost any course you could think of.  From forensics to archaeological digs, accountancy, digital marketing, performing arts and autonomous vehicles, IT Sligo offers more than you ever imagined.  Wherever you are planning to go to college, this open day will give students an idea of college life and prepare them for the move to third-level.”
