Ryanair has confirmed increased frequency on five routes from Shannon Airport this winter after the airline officially launched its Winter 2024 schedule.
The airline will operated a total of 17 routes from Shannon over the winter months adding extra flights to five including Kaunas, Krakow, London, Manchester, and Tenerife .
Ryanair’s Shannon Winter 2024 schedule will operate on the airline’s three Shannon-based aircraft, two of which are enviro efficient Boeing 737MAX jets which cut CO2 emissions by 16% and noise by 40%.
Ryanair has operated to/from Shannon for the past 37 years, carrying over 20 million passengers to date and investing heavily in the region, including its €10m state-of-the-art 3-bay maintenance facility, which created over 200 high-skill local jobs for the region.

I airline, Ryanair is pleased to announce our Winter 2024 schedule for Shannon, with 17 routes (including key business travel, city break and Winter sun destinations) and extra flights on 5 of those routes – Kaunas, Krakow, London, Manchester, and Tenerife – giving our mid-west customers even more choice and regular connections at the lowest fares in Europe.
Today’s announcement comes as Ryanair carries our 20 millionth passenger through Shannon Airport to date. A significant milestone and reflection of our 37+ years of operating to/from Shannon, during which time we have invested heavily in the region, including our 3 Shannon-based aircraft which represent a $300m investment and support over 1,000 local jobs, as well as our €10m state-of-the art maintenance facility – our first in Ireland – that created a further 200 high skill, high paid jobs in the region.
