A major investment has been confirmed by broadband provider eir that will involve the delivery of fibre to home services (FTTH) in the Kilkee area by the end of next year.
A contractor working on behalf of eir, formerly eircom, erected temporary traffic lights without permission on a road that had already been designated as a diversionary route for other major works in the area.
