Clare Independent TD Michael McNamara has received confirmation that the watermain between Mullagh to Miltown has been replaced and works will commence very shortly on repairing affected road surfaces in the area.
Clare County Council and Irish Water have committed to fully restoring the road surface between Mullagh and Miltown Malbay following the completion of pipe laying works.
Irish Water has confirmed that the proposed replacement of the old watermain from Miltown Malbay to Mullagh will commence during the first quarter of 2021.
