Goals from Aron Shanagher and David Reidy helped Munster secure the GAA Interprovincial title on Thursday evening in Semple Stadium.

Munster had four points to spare over Leinster with the Anthony Daly managed side coming out on top on a scoreline of 2-20 to 2-16.

Played in front of an attendance of 592, Munster finished the stronger with the final six scores of the game having been 1-11 0-10 adrift at half-time. Ultimately it would be the contributions of Reidy and Shanagher with their green flags decisive.

Crusheen’s Cian Dillon completed the county contingent playing at centre-back.
