Gardaí in Clare are investigating two road traffic collisions, including a hit-and-run incident, that occurred recently.
Ennis Gardaí appealing for information regarding a hit-and-run collision that occurred on Saturday the 10th January at 6.38pm at the junction of Drumbiggle Rd and Clancy Pk Ennis.
A local woman was walking on the Drumbiggle road when Gardaí suspect she was hit by a passing vehicle.
Gardaí are asking anyone who was in the area last Saturday and who might have seen anything to please contact Ennis Gardai on 0656848100.
Meanwhile, Sixmilebridge Gardaí are requesting information in relation to a traffic collision that occurred on Sunday the 18th of January 2026 at 11:08am at Cappagh lodge Sixmilebridge Co. Clare.
Gardai are seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed this accident or who may have dashcam footage to make it available to Gardaí in Sixmilebridge on 061-369133.
