A Shannon eLearning and training solutions company has launched Ireland’s first Caas corporate academy for business and education providers.
CramdenTECH based at Beech Park House in Shanon has launched the country’s first CaaS (content as a service) Corporate Academy for businesses and education providers. Developed for HR departments, business owners and education providers, the Build Future Skills Corporate Academy helps companies add training capacity without the typical staff time and associated costs.
Speaking of the development CramdenTECH Managing Director, Caroline Egan commented: “Large corporations such as McDonalds, Apple, Danone and General Motors have for decades used corporate academies to upskill their frontline and management staff in-house. But for the majority of companies, limited training budgets and lack of staff time and resources has made the development of in-house universities or academies impractical.
“This is where the Build Future Skills service comes in. By tapping into a ready-made library of high quality training workshop materials and eLearning content and resources, any organisation can now custom-build a workshop or eLearning course to upskill their staff.A wide range of course material is available to work with. CramdenTECH staff are also on hand to customise courses for businesses who want to adapt content to reflect their specific company policies and procedures.”
Caroline concluded, “We aim for the Build Future Skills Corporate Academy to be as essential to training as stock photography is to publishing and social media.”
