Clare County Council and Dulux Paints hosted a free clinic on appropriate colour schemes for Ennis businesses at the Temple Gate Hotel in Ennis this week.

The workshop formed part of the recently announced Ennis Streetscape Improvement Scheme 2016 which is aimed at further enhancing the physical appearance of the town’s main thoroughfares, particularly ahead of the influx of more than 400,000 people for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann this August.

The Scheme offers financial assistance to the owners and occupiers of new and existing commercial premises in the town centre who carry out improvements, external painting in particular, to the front of their properties.
