Clare Fine Gael TD Joe Carey is encouraging local retail business owners to apply for a new round of funding to expand their online offering and presence to customers.

The HSE, An Garda Síochána, and The Department of Health advise people to be aware of 'smishing' scams that feature text messages falsely claiming to be from the HSE.

The number of attendances at the Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) in Ennis Hospital increased by 52% in the two years to 2021 with a further 8% increase recorded during the first five months of this year, according to figures released by the HSE in response to a Parliamentary Question from Clare Independent TD Michael McNamara.
