The Government has confirmed funding of €524,000 for Clare County Council to proceed with the design and planning stages of a “game changing” regeneration of Scariff Town Centre.
Clare Independent T.D. Michael McNamara has described the proposed Scariff Regeneration Project as the “biggest infrastructure investment in the town in a generation”.
Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys TD has visited six new Clare projects supporting job creation in rural areas, addressing de-population of rural communities, and providing improvements in local towns and villages.
Clare Independent TD Michael McNamara has received confirmation that the watermain between Mullagh to Miltown has been replaced and works will commence very shortly on repairing affected road surfaces in the area.
