Clare’s opponents for the qualifiers in both the All-Ireland Hurling and Football Championship have been revealed.
After losing out to Waterford in the Munster Senior Hurling semi-final, Davy Fitzgerald’s hurlers now find themselves in must-win territory and they now face Laois in a home knockout clash.
With one win and one defeat under their belt, Colm Collins and the Clare footballers will be eager to add a second win to that record. To do that they now must overcome the home challenge of Laois or else face an early exit from the Championship. The O’Moore men are managed by Cooraclare native Mick Lillis.
Fixture details will be announced on Monday afternoon and will be posted on The Clare Herald.
