Rugby fans were treated to an early Christmas present on Sunday when the entire Munster squad turned up to celebrate Ennis Rugby Club’s  Christmas Party.
The club played host to the British & Irish Cup clash between Munster A and Rotherham Titans, with Munster A winning 34-3 in front of a strong attendance of 600 people.
While stars such as Dave Foley, Robin Copeland and Dave O’Callaghan made a big impact on the pitch, focus had turned to the sidelines before kick-off as fans were joined by international stars such as Conor Murray, Simon Zebo, CJ Standar and Peter O’Mahony who were on their Christmas party.
The coaching team, including Jerry Flannery, were also in attendance with players and staff alike happily signing autographs for young Ennis players and fans.
Ennis Minis players played an exhibition match at half time and a lucky few jumped in for photos with their favourite players, with Simon Zebo having a particularly large number of young admirers.
Organisers and club officials said it was a huge honour for the club to host the match and the Munster squad, with the smooth running of the day being helped by clear skies.
