Her move to the capital brings an end to her time with Galway WFC having joined them in September 2015 from Connolly Celtic. During her stint with Galway she was rewarded with a place on the 2016 Continental Team of the Year.

Established in 1983, Peamount Utd is one of the country’s strongest female soccer clubs. They have previously competed in the Women’s Champions League and have seen players such as Stephanie Roche, Katie Taylor, Ruth Comerford, Chloe Mustaki, Eleanor Doyle and Erin Best come through their ranks.

Now they will be able to add one of the Banner County’s finest female footballers to the list with the club penning a statement welcoming the defender to the Greenogue based club.

“Peamount United are delighted to announce the signing of Ireland U19 international Chloe Moloney for the 2017 Continental Woman’s National league season. Chloe signs from Galway United where she has had 2 excellent seasons topped off this year with a place in the 2016 Continental Team of The Year. Everyone at Peamount would like to welcome Chloe to the club and wish her the very best for the season ahead”.

Chloe is the daughter of former Clare senior footballer, Aidan ‘Horse’ Moloney.
