An Economic Taskforce for County Clare comprising leaders from the private and public sectors will be convened later this month.

Irish Water and Clare County Council are working to restore water supply to Miltown Malbay and surrounding areas following a burst water main this morning.

The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Michael Creed T.D., has announced details of a €3.1m package to assist 10 coastal Local Authorities including Clare County Council to undertake repair projects on harbours and slipways owned by them.

Clare County Council will pedestrianise several streets in Ennis and reroute traffic on a temporary basis from Wednesday as part of its continued efforts to tackle the spread of Covid-19.
