The Road Safety Authority (RSA), An Garda Síochána and the Irish Tyre Industry Association (ITIA), have teamed up for ‘tyre safety day’ on Wednesday 7 October, during Irish Road Safety Week, to remind all road users to check their tyres.
An Garda Síochána will conduct a national speed enforcement operation "Slow Down”, supported by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) and other stakeholders, for a 24 hour period from 07.00hrs on Friday 22nd May to 07.00hrs on Saturday 23rd May 2020.
