‘Get Blown Away by a Book (Bí Faoi Gheasa ag Leabhar)’ is Clare County Library’s message to children all over the county this October as the 2017 Children’s Book Festival take place.
Almost 70 events are scheduled to take place in library branches throughout Clare where children will have an ideal opportunity to meet face to face with their favourite authors, have their books signed or ask that question about a book that they’ve always wanted answered.
The 2017 festival programme includes some of the biggest names in writing for young people in Ireland today.
Clare County Library looks forward to welcoming teachers and children from schools all over the county to its network of branches for Children’s Book Festival 2017.
